Sour cream potato salad

Ingredients/Components

• medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and sliced - 7 item
• Italian salad dressing - 1/3 c
• celery, chopped - 1 c
• green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
• dill weed - 2 tsp
• salad dressing - 1 c
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• horseradish mustard - 2 tsp

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Mix Italian dressing with warm potatoes. Chill 2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Add salt and celery seed to taste. Chill at least 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
