- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- unsifted self-rising flour - 1 c
How to make sour cream muffins:
Melt margarine in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in sour cream and flour. Fill ungreased muffin pans 2/3 full. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 10 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, < 30 mins, Rolls/biscuits.
