vanilla - 3 tsp
sour cream - 3 c
salt
flour
brown sugar
soda - 3 tsp
baking powder - 3 tsp
powdered sugar - 2 c
oleo
beaten eggs - 6 item
Add eggs and beat
nuts or dates - 1 item

How to make sour cream drop cookies:

Mix shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat. Now add dry ingredients. Add sour cream, stirring smooth after each addition. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake in hot 400° oven until done. When cool, spread with icing.Golden Icing:1/2 c. butter or oleo2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Heat butter or oleo over low heat until golden brown. Stir in powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Add hot water until it's right to spread.
