Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/4 c. chopped nuts Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until creamy. Add remaining ingredients except topping and beat until smooth. Put 1/2 of batter mixture into well-greased pan. Sprinkle with half of topping mixture. Add rest of batter and top with rest of topping mix.
