Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- white all-purpose flour - 1 c
- Sprinkle filling on that half of batter
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Blend ingredients; pour half into greased tube or Bundt pan. Sprinkle filling on that half of batter. Pour in rest of batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
