  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar
  • baking powder
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • oleo - 3/4 c

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped walnuts Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, beat oleo and sugar. Lightly beat 3 eggs (one at a time) and add to oleo and sugar. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture and stir in 1 pint sour cream and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

Topping: Mix well the brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.

Pour batter in a 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan. Alternate batter of 1/3 mixture and 1/3 topping in layers, ending with topping on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Do not remove from cake pan for 1 hour. Easier to remove when cooled.
