  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 5 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make sour cream christmas cookies:

Cream butter and sugar. Mix all ingredients in order given. Chill dough before rolling. Roll about 1/8-inch thick and cut in desired shapes. Sprinkle sugar on top of cookies before baking or can decorate with frosting. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes (do not let them get too brown).
