Sour cream candy

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 item
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• brown sugar - 3 c
• butter - 1/4 c

How to make sour cream candy:

Combine sugar and cream and cook to soft ball stage; remove from heat. Add a pinch of salt and the butter. Beat until mixture begins to grain. Stir in the vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pan.
