How to make sour cream biscuits:

Combine flour with sour cream. Melt butter and pour into flour and sour cream mixture. Fold mixture together; will be moist. Sprinkle flour on mixture to help in rolling into biscuits. Roll into small balls and place in mini muffin pan. After preheating oven at 425°, bake for approximately 10 minutes. Yields 16 mini biscuits.
