- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- mashed ripe bananas - 1 c
- presifted flour - 2 c
How to make sour cream banana bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a loaf pan. Beat shortening and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add salt, eggs, bananas, sour cream and baking soda. Stir in flour. Pour into pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Healthy.
