  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • pie crust - 1 item
  • can sliced apples - 1 item

How to make sour cream apple pie:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/4 c. butter Beat together sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add apples. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

Mix brown sugar, flour and butter. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake 20 minutes longer.
