Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- apples, sliced Rome variety - 2 c
- Mix the remaining 6 ingredients together and pour over apples
How to make sour cream apple pie:
Arrange sliced apples into unbaked pie shell. Mix the remaining 6 ingredients together and pour over apples. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Topping:1/3 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/4 c. butter1 tsp. cinnamon Blend the ingredients together and crumble this topping over the top of the baked pie.
