Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 1
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
How to make soda crackers:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, combine flour with salt and baking soda. With a pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk; mix well. Turn dough onto a floured board and form into a ball. Knead lightly. Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut dough into 50 (2-inch) squares; prick each cracker with a fork 2 or 3 times. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Low sodium.
