  • milk - 1/4 c
  • thawed Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping
  • prepared unfrosted cupcakes - 24 item

How to make snowballs:

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk in a bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Hold cupcakes, top side down, in palm of hand. Spread whipped topping mixture on bottom and sides. Press coconut onto frosting. Place cupcak
