Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
  • shortening - 1/4 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make snowballs:

Cream good first 5 ingredients and add flour and salt. Stir into butter mixture the pecans. Roll into small balls (will be dry). Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
