Ingredients/Components
- large angel food cake - 1 item
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- boxes Dream Whip - 4 item
- clear Knox gelatine - 2 pkg
- can coconut, nuts if desired or cherries - 1 item
How to make snowball cake:
Mix gelatine with 1 cup cold water and 1 cup hot water. Add pineapple juice and all; let congeal. After congealed, beat Dream Whip stiff (3 boxes). Then add to jello mix. Take 1/2 mix, put in the bottom of pan. Then cut cake or break up in small pieces and add on top of mix. Then add the other 1/2 of mix; now beat other box of Dream Whip and add to top of mix. Add coconut, nuts (if desired), or cherries. Will keep in fridge for 3 weeks.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, > 1 day.
