Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cold water - 4 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • Dream Whip - 3 pkg
  • plain gelatin - 2 pkg
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • large angel food cake, cubed - 1 item

How to make snowball cake:

Dissolve gelatin in cold water and then add boiling water; cool. Mix pineapple with juice, sugar, salt and lemon juice into gelatin; wait for it to begin to jell. Add cubes of cake and a portion of gelatin mixture until all is used. Place in mold and refrigerate overnight. Ice with package of Dream Whip and spread with coconut.
