  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • clean, fresh snow - 1 gal

How to make snow ice cream:

Combine egg and sugar; stir well with a wire whisk. Add milk and vanilla, stirring well. Place snow in a large bowl. Gradually add milk mixture to snow, gently stirring with a wooden spoon until blended.
