Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- brisket - 5 6
- celery salt to taste - 1 item
- bottle liquid smoke - 1 item
- Masterpiece mesquite barbecue sauce - 1 item
How to make smoked brisket:
Pour the liquid smoke over the brisket. Season with salt, celery salt and garlic salt. Cover with onions. Refrigerate overnight before cooking. Pour off liquid smoke and douse with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake 4 to 5 hours at 275°. Uncover and pour on barbecue sauce (I use Masterpiece mesquite barbecue sauce).
