Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 to
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 3/4
- large onion, chopped medium fine - 1 item
- beef chuck, cut in 1/2 to 1-inch cubes - 2 lb
- each cans red kidney beans be sure to drain thoroughly - 2 lb
How to make slow cooker chili:
In an electric slow cooker, stir together all ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours (or on slow for 8 to 10 hours) or until beef is tender. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Chili.
