  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Rice Krispies - 2 c
  • sugar granulated - 1 c
  • finely cut pitted dates - 1 c

How to make skillet cookies:

Melt butter in skillet. Add dates, granulated sugar and eggs. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Stir in Rice Krispies and nuts, mixing well. Shape into balls and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
