Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • chopped dates - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Rice Krispies

How to make skillet cookies:

Cook the first 5 ingredients for 10 minutes. Take off fire and add Rice Krispies. Mix. Let cool until cool enough to roll into balls, then roll in coconut.
