Shrimp scampi
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 7 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- crushed garlic - 2 tsp
- large shrimp, shelled and deveined - 2 lb
How to make shrimp scampi:
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and mix well. Add shrimp and toss in mixture until coated. Broil shrimp approximately 5 minutes on each side or until done and lightly browned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
