  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped fine - 1/2 c
  • envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
  • frozen shrimp - 2 cans

How to make shrimp mousse:

Combine soup (undiluted), cream cheese, mayonnaise, gelatine, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat; blend until smooth. Stir in shrimp, celery and onion. Pour into well-greased mold and chill 4 hours or overnight. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves with Ritz crackers and seafood sauce.
