Shrimp mousse
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- frozen shrimp - 2 cans
How to make shrimp mousse:
Combine soup (undiluted), cream cheese, mayonnaise, gelatine, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat; blend until smooth. Stir in shrimp, celery and onion. Pour into well-greased mold and chill 4 hours or overnight. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves with Ritz crackers and seafood sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
