Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- cold water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans deveined shrimp - 2 item
- 1/2 envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- can hot tomato soup - 1 item
How to make shrimp mousse:
Soak gelatine in water. Add to hot soup. Put in cheese, salad dressing, shrimp, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Cool. Add onion and celery. Pour into oiled mold. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
