Shrimp dip
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped celery
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- unflavored gelatin
- small can shrimp, drained - 1 item
How to make shrimp dip:
#2:3/4 c. chopped celery1/2 c. chopped green onions salt and pepper1 small can shrimp, drained1 c. mayonnaise #1: Bring soup to a boil. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add to mixture. Mix well. Cool about 45 minutes.#2: Place these ingredients in an electric blender and blend together. Add mixture #1 to mixture #2 in the blender. When well blended, remove to a storage container with a tight-fitting lid. Let age in refrigerator 12 hours. Serve with crackers, etc.
