Shrimp casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- parsley - 1/4 c
- green onions - 1/2 c
- hot sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- rice, cooked - 2 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 c
- jar pimento - 1 oz
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- bread crumbs Italian - 1/4 c
- shrimp or crawfish - 3 c
How to make shrimp casserole:
Spray Pam on 3-quart casserole dish. Saute first 5 ingredients. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Mix well in mixing bowl. Pour in casserole dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs. (Can be frozen at this stage.) Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. (Serves 8.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
