Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- soup cans milk - 2 item
- celery, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- green onions and tops, chopped - 4 item
- Madeira wine - 3 Tbsp
- raw peeled shrimp
- button mushrooms - 1 (4
How to make shrimp bisque:
Stir soups and milk in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add green onions, celery and garlic. Season with Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
