Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • medium red potatoes - 8 item
  • cup milk - 1 item
  • dash pepper - 1 item
  • pint whipping cream - 1/2 item
  • extra sharp Cracker Barrel cheese - 1/4 lb

How to make shredded potatoes:

Cook potatoes in jackets, peel. Shred into buttered 4 quart casserole. Melt cheese in milk with cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
