Ingredients/Components
- salt
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- medium red potatoes - 8 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- dash pepper - 1 item
- pint whipping cream - 1/2 item
- extra sharp Cracker Barrel cheese - 1/4 lb
How to make shredded potatoes:
Cook potatoes in jackets, peel. Shred into buttered 4 quart casserole. Melt cheese in milk with cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.Recipe categories: Side dish, Kid Friendly, Potluck.
