Shortbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 oz
- flour - 12 oz
- butter - 1/2 lb
- corn flour cornstarch - 2 oz
- rice flour - 2 oz
How to make shortbread:
Knead together all ingredients. Pour into greased Swiss roll tin and bake 25 minutes at 300°. Take out of oven, cut and sprinkle with sugar. Switch off oven and return shortbread to sit overnight.
