Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • fat - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced onion - 3/4 c
  • uncooked rice - 1/4 c
  • kidney beans - 2 c
  • can tomato soup and water - 1 item

How to make shipwreck stew:

Melt fat; cook onion. Put in meat, rice, celery and beans. Combine seasonings and soup and pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 hours very slowly in covered skillet.
