Ingredients/Components
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- can green beans, drained - 1 item
- about 3 large potatoes, mashed with butter and milk as usual
How to make shepherd's pie:
Brown ground beef; drain and mix in 1 can tomato sauce. In casserole dish, spread beef mixture in bottom. Spread corn and green beans on top of beef. Then spoon mashed potatoes over top and spread smooth. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Can be topped with shredded Cheddar last 10 minutes of baking.
