Ingredients/Components

  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • can Veg-All regular size - 1 item
  • instant mashed potatoes servings for 4 or may use leftover mashed potatoes - 1 pkg

How to make shepherd's pie:

Brown onion and hamburger in glass loaf pan on High in microwave for 4 to 6 minutes or until no pink remains. Stir once. Drain. Layer Veg-All, then soup with Worcestershire sauce and thyme. Add 1/4 cup water over casserole. Cook, covered, on High 6 to 8 minutes.

Prepare potatoes and spread onto top. If desired, sprinkle paprika on top. Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
