Shepherd's pie
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- can Veg-All regular size - 1 item
- instant mashed potatoes servings for 4 or may use leftover mashed potatoes - 1 pkg
How to make shepherd's pie:
Brown onion and hamburger in glass loaf pan on High in microwave for 4 to 6 minutes or until no pink remains. Stir once. Drain. Layer Veg-All, then soup with Worcestershire sauce and thyme. Add 1/4 cup water over casserole. Cook, covered, on High 6 to 8 minutes.Prepare potatoes and spread onto top. If desired, sprinkle paprika on top. Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
