Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- Heinz 57 sauce
How to make shepherd's pie:
Peel and cube potatoes; boil until soft. Pour water off, then mash. Add 2 tablespoons butter, small amount of milk, salt and pepper to potatoes. While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef and onion. Add Worcestershire, Heinz 57, salt and pepper. Place meat in baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes. Dot with butter.
