Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
  • ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 1/2
  • ground red pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 1/2
  • tsp paprika - 1/2 item
  • ground celery seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • ground bay leaves you have to grind them yourself - 1 1/2

How to make seafood seasoning rub:

Combine all ingredients. Store in an air tight container. Rub on seafood or chicken before grilling.

You can triple the recipe so it can be used at anytime.

Yield: 1/4 cup.
