- cream cheese
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- heavy cream - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/3 c
- corn tortillas - 16 item
- chicken stock - 1 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- crab - 1 lb
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
- chopped jalapenos optional - 4 item
- chopped seeded jalapenos optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make seafood enchiladas:
Filling:4 oz. cream cheese1/2 c. sour cream4 chopped jalapenos (optional)1 lb. crab Melt butter. Add flour; whisk and cook for 5 minutes. Saute vegetables. Add stock, seasonings and cream. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredientsRecipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
