Seafoam salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- whipping cream - 1 c
- lime jello - 1 pkg
- coffee cream - 2 Tbsp
- pears - 28 oz
- pear juice - 1 c
How to make seafoam salad:
Heat pear juice. Add jello and stir until dissolved. While still hot, pour juice/jello mixture over the cream cheese which has been blended with 2 tablespoons cream. Stir until uniform. Refrigerate until the jello begins to thicken, then add pears which have been mashed with a fork. Fold in whipped cream.
