Ingredients/Components
- lime gelatin - 1 pkg
- pear juice - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- large can pears, mashed - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
How to make pear salad:
Heat the pear juice to boil; dissolve the gelatin in it. Cool. Mix in cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream. Add mashed pears and cheese to the gelatin mixture, then add the whipped cream. Put into oiled mold.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Pears.
