  • chocolate chips - 3 oz
  • Rice Krispies - 5 c
  • butterscotch chips - 3 oz
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • white Karo - 1 c

How to make scotcheroos:

Bring Karo and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Then add Rice Krispies. Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips and spread over top. Refrigerate only until topping is set or leave out overnight.
