- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
How to make scotch shortbread:
Mix sugar and butter well. Add flour. Mix with mixer. If dough is crumbly, mix 1 to 2 tablespoons milk in. Press smoothly onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Good served with fresh fruit and whipped cream or ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
