Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- scallops bay
How to make scallops with garlic:
Melt butter and garlic on low heat. Add garlic powder; mix. Place scallops in square 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Pour butter mixture over scallops; toss lightly. Sprinkle parsley over. Broil for under 10 minutes. Great served with rice or thin spaghetti. Use same ingredients for sauce! Serves 2 to 3.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Main dish, Seafood.
