Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- 8 to 10 potatoes, sliced thin - 2 qt
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Grease 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour on top of potatoes. Cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
