- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
White Sauce:3 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour3 c. milk1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper Peel and slice thin potatoes and chopped onion. Put half potatoes in casserole dish and half the onion. Cover with half of White Sauce, then put the other potatoes in and cover with rest of the sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
