Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- crushed cornflakes - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- medium potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and shredded - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Heat 1/4 cup margarine with soup. Blend sour cream, onions and cheese into soup. Stir in potatoes. Pour into casserole dish. Mix cornflakes with melted margarine. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
