- sour cream - 1 (8
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- chopped onions - 3/4 c
- grated cheese
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes, sliced thin - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Slice potatoes and cook in salt water until tender. Drain. Place a layer of potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Add half of the onions and half of the celery. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour half of the mixture over, alternating with another layer. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese.
