Scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- small green pepper - 1 item
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped coarsely - 1 item
- jar pimento - 1 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- raw potatoes, peeled and diced - 6 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Put half of potatoes in greased casserole, layer in ingredients ending with cheese on top. Pour in enough milk so you can see it down in, but not covering pot. Bake in preheated 350° oven 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are well cooked.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
