Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 pkg
- can cream chicken soup - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Spread potatoes in dish. Melt butter and drizzle over potatoes. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake 350° for 45 minutes. Top with more cheese 15 minutes before removing from oven.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
