Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- margarine - 1 c
- dark molasses - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- cans pork and beans - 2 oz
- slices cooked bacon, crumbled - 4 item
- white bread cubes - 4 c
- slices uncooked bacon - 3 item
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Preheat oven to 325°. Carefully cut uncooked bacon into small pieces. Next, dice the onion. Place uncooked bacon, onion, beans, brown sugar, catsup, mustard and molasses in 2-quart casserole dish. Mix well with a large spoon. Bake for 40 minutes. Garnish with cooked bacon, if desired. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
