Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- or 5 slices bread crust included - 4 item
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat. Add milk. Tear bread into small pieces and add to mixture. Then add drained pineapple. Bake 1 hour at 350° in 1-quart casserole.Larger recipe that fills a 2-quart casserole: Use same amount of butter, sugar and milk. Use 2 more eggs, plus 7 or 8 slices of bread in all. Use another small can of pineapple. This is good for salad or dessert. Can be made the day before.
