Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 pkg
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted comes out clean.Note: Lite sour cream and/or cream cheese works well. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
